About Project AccelerUs
Provide world-class learning opportunities at no cost to all students regardless of their school’s geographic location or socio-economic status. Connect these students through a Vision-Led Innovation methodology to global networks and experts as they build creative confidence to Think Big and Be Bold beyond the classroom.
Students, after they choose their broad challenge issue of personal interest, work through a cloud-based program solving a real-world problem they define that enables a future they envision in the community they live in.
Vision-Led Innovation is an "over-the-horizon" innovation process that challenges solvers to Think Big and Be Bold. Project AccelerUs brings together the Beginner’s Mind of Students, the Power of the Crowd, and Deep Knowledge of Experts in a proven solving methodology to tackle the Biggest Problems Facing Our World.
Showing young people how to merge what they love and are good at with what the world needs and ultimately for what they can be paid for.

"Project AccelerUs is a free but very valuable resource for teachers trying to get their students to connect with school and others through solving problems about which THEY are passionate."
Have A Question

No. Project AccelerUs is designed to be very student led. Hypothetically, a student could work through the learning material completely on their own. A teacher acts as a facilitator, guiding students through the challenge cycle and keeping them on track.
Simply put, however you want it to! Though districts are not limited to these ideas, we’ve seen three key approaches to implementation: as a standalone elective class, as supplemental material in an existing class/summer program, as an after- or before-school club
